- Driving goals, concerns, skill level, experience level, preferred lesson days/times, scheduling needs, and notes you choose to submit.
- Pickup address, pickup area, city, postal code, or preferred meeting location for lessons.
- BDE enrollment details, including package purchased, student contact information, date of birth, licence details where provided, parent/guardian details where relevant, and course-administration information.
- Safety or learning notes you choose to share, such as nervous driving, comfort level, glasses/contacts, or information needed for safer instruction.
- Payment-related information such as package purchased, payment status, transaction reference, checkout email, billing name, and related payment metadata from the payment processor.
- Messages sent by contact form, enrollment form, text, WhatsApp, email, phone, or other communication channels.
- Website usage information such as pages visited, clicks, device type, browser, referral source, approximate location, and ad/analytics interactions.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Respond to inquiries and recommend the right driving program.
- Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and manage driving lessons.
- Confirm road test preparation, test vehicle support, pickup details, and timing.
- Enroll students in BDE and manage BDE course administration, completion records, and required communication.

5. Website Forms, Netlify Forms, Email, Text, and WhatsApp
- When you submit a website form, your information may be processed by Parkway’s website hosting/form provider so Parkway can receive and respond to the submission.
- Form submissions may include contact details, package selection, licence status, road test information, BDE enrollment details, pickup area, scheduling preferences, and notes you provide.
- If you contact Parkway by phone, text, WhatsApp, or email, we may keep that communication to manage your inquiry, booking, lesson history, or BDE administration.
- Do not submit payment card details, banking information, SIN, health card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information through forms, text, WhatsApp, or email.
- For safety or learning notes, share only what Parkway should reasonably know to teach safely and support the student.

- Parkway collects student information only as reasonably needed to deliver driving school services, scheduling, BDE administration, safety coordination, and communication.
